Package Details

Package Requirements

In order to be able to deliver a live streaming package we need to have the following available at the venue.

Space for a 6ft table and chair for us to setup and work in.
Places to locate the cameras where they will not interfere with the event.
Access to a dedicated internet connection with 20Mbps download and upload speeds.
Power for the main work area and the camera locations.
Access to the venue for 1 hour either side of the event for setup/takedown
The credentials to access the social media or conference platform to be streamed to. We can provide our own at a small extra cost.

We can survey a venue for you in advance of an event to ensure it meets our requirements. There is a cost for this service, see the extras section below.

Package Extras

If a package does not suit your needs then it can be tailored with our options. We can provide the following at the costs listed.

Video Packages

Additional static Cameras (Up to 4 total) - £50 per extra camera
Additional Microphones - £30 per extra microphone
Additional Mileage - £1 per mile
Camera Operator - £150 per person
Mobile Data - £50 - For where there is no broadband available at the venue.
Longer workshops/shows - £50 per person we provide, per hour
If you need us to survey an venue for you it is £100 for up to 25 miles of travel.

Photography Packages

Additional Mileage - £1 per mile
Longer shoots - £50 per person we provide per hour

Package Limitiations

The recording or photographing of an event does not include any post production work unless quoted for separately.

Any permissions needed to stream the event are the responsibility of the event organiser.

The use of copyrighted material in an event or show can result in a live stream being terminated by the platform streamed to. The organiser of the event is responsible for ensuring the copyright material is properly licensed. Fuzzy Reality can assist with checking for problem material on platforms to confirm ahead of time if the material is provided by the events organiser.
