Gentle Bellydance - Suitable for Beginners

Monthly Package £25 per month

Learning can be hard, it puts you in a vulnerable space and challenges everything you know about yourself. Sometimes you can’t get stuff on your own so you do have to open yourself up to another human being for help to get you unstuck and hope that they don’t stamp on all your hopes and dreams.

My Online Gentle Bellydance Package is non-judgemental learning and exercise at your own pace. There are short videos for when you just need to go over one thing - or if you are having a bad day and can’t do more than a few minutes. And two 40 minute classes - One Live (recording provided, as well so no problem if you can’t make the time slot) and one pre-recorded which are changed each month.

You also get a 20 minute 1 to 1 with me on Zoom a month. If you are terrified about “performing” for me, don't be. It might be that I barely see you move in the session and we just discuss concepts that you can’t grasp, ways of processing information and how to practice. We have to build trust and you have to feel happy. Questions are part of the process of learning and I want to answer them for you! You will also teach me loads about you and how you learn, I am fascinated by this process so I won’t be judging, I’ll be learning too.

I have never been able to drill and drill like other exercise professionals, no matter how much I might have wanted to! My body just wouldn’t allow it. Movement isn’t reserved for those that have the fitness and the stamina already, some of us are having to start way below the zero mark and all gains are significant, quite probably life changing (for the better) and should be celebrated.

Skill level - No experience required.
